Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Please be informed that the hotel does not allow people with tattoo (Including fashion Tattoo) to use public facilities such as Spa and Pool). If the hotel find out, hotel will advise to check out and will not refund the booking.
Please note that there is a complimentary non-stop shuttle bus departing at 02:00 PM from Odawara Station (West exit) to the hotel.
For guest who want to take this bus, please contact the hotel directly for reservation at least 3 days in advance.
