In case of sending your bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, and etc.., the shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest and check-in date.
The hotel will hold items for one week before the check-in.
The hotel cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing.
The hotel is not responsible for any shipping fees. Please make a payment in advance. For more information, please contact each hotel.
Cash is not accepted at the property. All guests who wish to stay must provide a credit card upon reservation and check-in.

Children staying at the hotel: Guests over 7 years old are considered adults.
Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Up to 1 person can be accommodated for each bed.
